Sr. Executive / Executive - Labour Law Compliance

India

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Looking after all the statutory compliance under factory act and labour law.
  • To maintaining up to-date records, various registers, forms etc, periodical or permanent under different labour laws.
  • To attend labour courts/tribunals, liaison work as & when required.
  • To calculating, preparing and making payment of PF, ESIC, P.Tax, LWF and other statutory compliance.
  • Obtain factory plan, factory license and renewal as and when required through online IFP portal.
  • Obtaining labour License & Registration under the Contract Labour Act from concern licensing authorities through IFP portal.
  • File returns under the various Labour Laws, The Factories Act, Contract labour Act, BOCW Cess Act, Minimum Wages Act, CAR returns etc.
  • Compliance under the payment of bonus act & payment of gratuity act, calculation of bonus and gratuity as per the respective act. File returns under the act.
  • Compliance under Apprenticeship Act & Employment Exchange Act.
  • Engagement of apprentice as seat allotted by apprentice advisor.
  • End to end process of wages & salary.
  • To handle and solve employee’s query likes attendance, leave, salary, PF & ESIC.
  • To maintaining all other records of Personnel department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
