The role would entail managing HR MIS and HR operations for GIISs schools in Pune and will report to the regional HR.
Major responsibilities include - 1. HR Processes/ Employee Data / Payroll/ Labor compliances/ PF & ESI Built and manage robust HR processes wrt to joining, induction, attendance, leaves. Maintain employee data appropriately in files and internal software. Oversee the entire payroll process for over 500 employees and ensure 100% compliance to all employee regulations and law. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all local labor laws. Manage HR data (Leaves, attendance, payroll, performance management etc) in an automated environment (processed through internal software). Managing employee exits and F&F settlement. 2. Building & maintaining Employee Relations- Build employee touch points and manage employee grievances effectively. Conceptualize and execute employee engagement programs. 3. HR functions – Performance review & Training Support in conducting midterm reviews and the annual performance management cycle. Contribute towards development on annual training calendar. Must have - Been part of HR team for an organization of around 500+ employees and managed HRMIS and HR Ops. Broad knowledge of the education industry and market best practices. At least 6+ yrs of experience at managing HR or majority HR sub functions in an organization
