Job Summary

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and issues.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and foster a positive working environment.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide support to managers in setting performance goals and conducting reviews.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.

Training and Development:

  • Organize and deliver training sessions on HR-related topics.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Maintain records of employee participation in all training and development programs.

Compliance and Policy Management:

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Update and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
