Sr. Executive Operation

• Supervise daily operational and logistics activities at mining sites.
• Ensure smooth execution of loading/unloading operations.
• Monitor operational workflow and resolve field-related issues promptly.
• Coordinate with production team for operational support.
• Manage vehicle movement.
• Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle utilization.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of coal.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with workshop teams.
• Maintain transport and logistics records.
• Supervise drivers, helpers, loaders, and operational staff.
• Ensure workforce discipline and attendance monitoring.
• Allocate manpower according to operational requirements.
• Monitor staff performance and productivity.
• Ensure implementation of company SOPs and operational procedures.
• Maintain compliance with mining safety and operational standards.
• Report operational delays, breakdowns, or incidents to management.
• Support management with operational analysis and planning.
• Coordinate emergency operational requirements.
• Support management in achieving operational targets efficiently.

Qualification & Experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Diploma or certification in Operations, Logistics or Supply Chain.

Experience

4–5 years of experience in:

• Operations
• Logistics
• Transport Management
