Job Context & Major Challenges

Key Challenges

Following up with the stakeholders all across locations which includes design team, sourcing & fabric team and sales team.

Ensuring that the product timeline is in synchronization with the expectations of the management team

Ensuring the deadlines for each phase of the project is met and the budget is under control.

Ensuring smooth coordination with sales department, logistics department and design department.

Keeping up with the new product launches in the market and analyse the potential impact on your product.

Key Result Areas

KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)

KRA1 Product Development Management Ensure that the market survey is incorporated into the parameter of designing the new product.

Strategize and implement action plans to displace competition in Multi brand formats

KRA2 Coordination Ensure that the proper coordination is maintained between the cross functional teams which include sales, design, logistics, procurement etc.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in the process

KRA3 Trend Analysis Analysing the internal products and updating them with new features as and when market demands.

KRA4 Vendor Management Ensure that correct specification is given to vendor and follow up with sourcing and warehouse to adhere to the timelines

KRA5 Serviceability analysis Tracking the bills, addressing the shortfalls and informing the sourcing team of the shortfall

KRA6 Monitoring PCMRP Mentoring PCMRP and ensuring its on track

KRA7 Monthly Dashboards Highlighting the entire months performance
