Key Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance & Product Registration

  • Handle end-to-end cosmetic product registration in UAE portals (Montaji, MoHAP, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Cosmetic Regulations, GSO standards, and ISO guidelines.
  • Review formulations, ingredients, and raw materials to ensure regulatory acceptance.
  • Coordinate product classification, claims review, and artwork/label compliance.

Documentation & Submissions

  • Prepare, review, and submit regulatory dossiers including:
  • Product Information File (PIF)
  • Safety assessments
  • MSDS / SDS
  • Free Sale Certificates
  • Certificates of Analysis (COA)
  • Maintain accurate regulatory records and trackers for approvals, renewals, and amendments.

Labeling & Artwork Compliance

  • Review packaging artworks to ensure:
  • Mandatory labeling requirements
  • Arabic/English compliance
  • Claims substantiation as per UAE laws
  • Coordinate with design, marketing, and product teams for corrections and approvals.

Authority & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as the point of contact with UAE regulatory authorities.
  • Coordinate with QA, R&D, supply chain, marketing, and procurement teams.
  • Support regulatory inspections, audits, and authority queries.

Regulatory Monitoring & Updates

  • Track changes in UAE/GCC cosmetic regulations and communicate updates internally.
  • Ensure timely renewal of product registrations and licenses.
  • Support new product development by providing regulatory guidance at early stages.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
