Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through field visits, market research, and networking
  • Acquire and onboard new clients in the industrial and power generation sector
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to deal closure and payment collection
  • Leverage an existing customer network to drive business growth
  • Handle enterprise sales involving long sales cycles and technical discussions.

What makes you a great addition to the team:

  • Education: Any graduate, preferably with a mechanical background
  • Experience: 2–4 years of field sales in industrial goods — ideally in power generation, heavy machinery,

or capital equipment

  • Strong technical understanding of engines and related systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Persistent, self-motivated, and comfortable with field-intensive roles
  • Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with valid license for regular travel
