Sr. Executive - Sales & Marketing

India

Project Sales -

1. To enter all inquiries received from the sales team into the system and generate the project and marketing numbers for entry in the inquiry register.

2. To forward all data to the Front End Engineering Department (FEED) team after masking the customer’s name on the documents for further technical analysis and processing.

3. To follow up with the FEED team on queries from the inquiry and coordinate the same with the customer to ensure the FEED team has a clear understanding for further work.

4. To follow up with the FEED team to obtain the offer within the agreed timeline with the client.

5. To prepare the offer and technical specifications in consultation with the reporting manager or sales manager responsible, based on data received from the FEED team.

6. To send the offer to the client, after understanding the requirement, on instructions from the reporting manager or sales manager .

7. To resolve all technical and commercial queries with the client in coordination with the reporting manager, sales manager, and the FEED team.

8. To revise the offers as per the requirements of the reporting manager or sales manager and communicate the updates to the client.

9. To coordinate with the accounts team for receiving the advance payments and completing further formalities, if any.

Trading Sales -

1. To enter all inquiries received from the sales team into the system and generate the project and marketing number for entry in the inquiry register.

2. To search for suitable vendors for items and equipment likely to be supplied in future.

3. To follow up with the supplier for queries from the inquiry and coordinate with the customer to ensure suppliers receive a technically clear inquiries for accurate offer.

4. To follow up with the supplier to obtain offers within the agreed timeline with the client.

5. To prepare the offer and technical specifications in consultation with the reporting manager or sales manager responsible for the client, using the data from the FEED team.

6. To send the offer to the client, after understanding the requirement, on instructions from the reporting manager or sales manager.

7. To resolve all technical and commercial queries with the client in coordination with the reporting manager, sales manager, and suppliers.

8. To keep the offers as per the requirements of the reporting manager or sales manager and communicate the updates to the client.

9. To coordinate with the accounts team for receiving the advance payments and completing further formalities, if any.

10. To track the progress of the order with the purchase and technical teams and keep customers informed of the process.

11. To ensure and follow up with the purchase and logistics teams to confirm that the material is dispatched as promised.

12. To collect customer feedback on the services and goods offered and share it with the the respective teams for process improvements.

Marketing Material Management -

1. To review the yearly plan for marketing materials such as brochures, calendars, diaries, pens, gift sets, etc.

2. To prepare and maintain the inventory list.

3. To prepare a procurement plan based on the inventory list.

4. To obtain approval from the reporting supervisor for the procurement plan.

5. To organize the offers, prepare comparatives from various vendors with samples, and finalize procurement.

6. To place purchase orders and follow up on payments and receipt of goods as per schedule.

7. To update the inventory list upon receipt and consumption of goods.

8. To monitor marketing material requirements on a regular basis and ensure timely availability.

Reports Management -

1. To review and follow the list of reports as advised in the Performance KRA.

2. To review the reports, in addition to those under Performance KRA, that are a part of reports in the sales and marketing functions.

3. To prepare the reports as per schedule and share them to the reporting manager.

4. To highlight issues in reports to the reporting manager on a regular basis.

Events and Visit Management -

1. To review the events calendar on a regular basis, including exhibitions and other marketing events.

2. To prepare the trackers for events, including all activities required for successful execution, and seek approval from the reporting manager.

3. To follow up on the trackers for various arrangements and coordinate for purchases and other preparations as required.

4. To monitor the tracker regularly to ensure nothing is missed and all items are ready as per the plan.

5. To manage hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and related logistics for events and marketing and sales visits.

Knowledge:

1. Should have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.

2. Should be proficient in handling back-office functions, including inquiry registration, sales reporting, and marketing documentation.

3. Should have hands-on experience in customer engagement, including handling inquiries, clarifications, and order-related communication.

4. Should be proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for inquiry tracking, sales pipeline management, and client interaction records.

5. Should have a sound understanding of project sales and trading sales cycles, from inquiry to order closure.

6. Should be familiar with vendor coordination, procurement processes, and negotiation with suppliers.

7. Should have exposure to sales support activities like exhibitions, marketing events, and corporate branding initiatives.

8. Should have basic technical awareness of HVAC, cleanroom systems, or related industrial project solutions (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
