About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain professional to manage end-to-end supply chain operations including strategic procurement, vendor development, inventory control, and logistics. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to OEM sourcing, CAPEX/OPEX procurement, and ERP-based inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain: sourcing, procurement, logistics, C&F, warehousing
• Strategic procurement of spares, consumables, CAPEX & OPEX items
• Vendor development (local & global OEM suppliers)
• Contract management – commercial, legal & financial aspects
• Price, lead time & payment term negotiation
• Planning, forecasting & financial budgeting
• ERP-based inventory management & stock control
• Inventory optimization & reduction of obsolete stock
• Warehouse planning & stock categorization
• Crisis management during machine down conditions
• Monthly MIS reporting & techno-commercial analysis

Preferred Industry Exposure

Oil & Gas (Upstream / Midstream / Downstream), Automobile, Mining, Power, CGD, Material Handling Equipment, Earth Moving Equipment, Skid Mounted Systems, Assembly Operations.

OEM Exposure Preferred

Mitsubishi, Daimler, FUSO, Atlas Copco, Sandvik, Caterpillar, Rolls Royce, MTU, ZF, Donaldson, Parker, INOX, Chart Industries, Cryolor, Nikkiso Cosmodyne, Kirloskar Pneumatic, Chicago Pneumatics.
