The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the executive , ensuring smooth coordination of daily activities, efficient communication, and high-quality service delivery. The EA will act as a key liaison internally and externally, supporting strategic priorities through effective organization, planning, and execution.
Core Accountabilities:

Coordinate administrative activities for the executive, including complex calendar management, travel arrangements, preparation of memos, and processing of expense reports.

Support meeting activities by preparing agendas, recording minutes, arranging room bookings, and coordinating transportation and logistics.

Manage internal and external interactions on behalf of the executive in a professional, timely, and efficient manner.

Analyse incoming memos, correspondence, and submissions, ensuring proper distribution, tracking, and follow-up as required.

Perform office management duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining documents, and managing records databases.

Ensure the delivery of administrative services in line with established service level agreements (SLAs) and organizational standards.
Supporting Accountabilities:

Apply prior experience and knowledge as an Executive Assistant to anticipate needs and provide proactive support.

Demonstrate strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Communicate clearly and confidently, both orally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders.

Track, monitor, and report on key Business Support metrics to ensure progress against defined targets.

Apply knowledge of Business Support best practices, methodologies, and systems to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Utilize MS Office and other business tools proficiently to support day-to-day operations.
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders.

Experience working in the UAE is required.

Proficiency in English and Arabic

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
