Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce, Logistics, or IT background).

· 5-10 years of experience in customer service/helpdesk (shipping, logistics, or portal support preferred).

· Good knowledge of online portals, data entry, and documentation processes.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office and ticketing systems.

· Regular follow-up with customers for outstanding payments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
