We're Hiring: Asst Manager/Sr. Executive - Customer Service

Location: Belapur / Navi Mumbai

We are looking for a Asst Manager/Sr. Executive - Customer Service with a strong background in shipping & logistics, specifically in NVOCC and Freight Forwarding operations.

Experience Required:

3 to 7 years in Customer Service role within a shipping/logistics company.

Job Description -

· Process bookings with customers/carriers (Import/Export/Cross Trade shipments)

· Coordinate empty/laden container movements for customers

· Make applications to carriers for special/DG cargoes

· Reconcile bookings.

· Process Bills of Lading for customers with respective carriers

· Document filing

· Vessel Scheduling

· Preparing Load list

· Giving On board Pre alerts

· Taking Follow up of Shipments

· Co-ordination with feeders.
