Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of seasonal collections aligned with HZY’s brand ethos
- Research global and local streetwear trends, youth movements, and cultural shifts
- Create mood boards, sketches, tech packs, and oversee sampling
- Collaborate with the Creative Director, stylists, and content team to ensure cohesive storytelling
- Guide and mentor junior designers and interns
- Work closely with production to ensure quality, fit, and timely delivery
- Attend fittings, photoshoots, and brand events as a creative representative
- Innovate with sustainable materials, silhouettes, and techniques
Requirements
- Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in fashion design, preferably with streetwear or youth-centric brands
- Strong portfolio showcasing original designs, storytelling, and technical skill
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools
- Deep understanding of fabric, construction, and garment finishing
- Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Passion for streetwear, subcultures, and Indian youth identity
Bonus Points
- Experience in styling, visual merchandising, or fashion film
- Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices
- Strong social media presence or fashion community engagement
