Sr. Figma UI/UX Designer

We are expanding our design team and looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with strong Figma expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality UI designs using Figma for web and mobile platforms.
• Develop detailed wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for software and mobile apps.
• Conduct user research to understand user behavior and pain points.
• Perform usability testing and apply feedback to improve designs.
• Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
• Ensure pixel-perfect accuracy in all design deliverables.
• Optimize UI for responsiveness across devices and screen sizes.
• Translate complex concepts into clean, simple, and user-friendly designs.
• Present design concepts and mockups to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and Figma updates.
• Work on end-to-end UI/UX of software dashboards, platforms, and apps.
• Improve user experience using design thinking and problem-solving techniques.
• Prepare detailed documentation for design workflows and assets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management.
• Conduct competitor analysis and implement strategic UI insights.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital products.
• Support marketing and product teams with creative design needs when required.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide innovative design ideas.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX Design.
• Must have completed 20+ real-world UI/UX projects for software and mobile apps.
• Strong command over Figma, including auto-layout, components, prototyping, and design systems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in mobile and web app UI/UX.
• Understanding of usability principles, user psychology, and design thinking.
• Knowledge of Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop (added advantage).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
