Key Responsibilities
- Lead design projects from concept through to final delivery — digital (social, web, email, banner ads), print (catalogues, brochures, packaging, signage) and multimedia (motion graphics, video stills)
- Interpret design briefs and determine visual requirements; propose innovative design concepts and layouts.
- Maintain and evolve brand identity and ensure consistency of visual elements across all touchpoints.
- Review and provide feedback on work from junior designers, interns or external vendors/freelancers. Mentor and guide the design team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Liaise with stakeholders (marketing, product, sales, external agencies) to understand requirements, present designs, and incorporate feedback.
- Prepare final production-ready files (digital and print), coordinate with vendors/printers, ensure correct specifications and quality control.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools and technologies; drive continuous improvement in design practice and workflow.
- Assist in creating motion/animation assets or collaborate with motion designers when required.
- Support in establishing design standards, templates, visual systems and workflows for scalability.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or related field.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of print and digital design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with digital design tools.
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals: typography, layout, colour theory, composition.
- Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills with ability to articulate design rationale to non-design stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to handle multiple briefs and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Experience with motion graphics/animation (After Effects, Premiere), UI/UX or web design.
- Experience with digital marketing assets (social media, email campaigns, banner ads) and website visuals.
- Knowledge of print production, specifications and vendor coordination.
- Leadership or mentoring experience, ability to lead design reviews and guide junior team members.
- Experience
- Typically 4-7 years of professional graphic design experience or as per your company’s seniority levels.
- Proven track record of working on both digital and print design projects, delivering high-impact visual work.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing design workflows.
