  • Review & Analyze Modern Trade and E-Commerce weekly/monthly promotions at relevant customers.
  • Coordinate with Trade Account Executive -KA & E-commerce for approved discount recording and reporting.
  • Ensure to maintain accurate records of rebate agreements and additional support contracts for Modern Trade and E-Commerce customers to support financial analysis.
  • Ensure trade spend analysis Vs BUDGET (discounts, rebates, and promotional investments) by channel.
  • Perform pricing analysis by channel, and customer to identify opportunities for revenue and margin optimization.
  • Prepare and circulate monthly trade investment and discounts reports Vs budget in coordination of Sales team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist to prepare Margins analysis by route, depot, and regions.
  • Develop and recommend internal controls (SOPs) to safeguard commercial spending, enhance process compliance, and prevent revenue leakage.
  • Partner with System Support/IT teams to design and implement new projects and automated tools for commercial spending, pricing analysis, and reporting.
  • Continuously improve existing reporting processes to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
