Senior Financial Analyst (Sr. FA) | Atlanta, GA

We’re partnering with a high-growth organization in Atlanta seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic planning, forecasting, and executive-level decision making. This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to leadership and a strong path for growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance and trend analysis
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business cases
• Partner with business leaders across operations, sales, and accounting to drive performance insights
• Analyze key drivers (revenue, margin, cost structure) and provide actionable recommendations
• Support executive presentations and board-level reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and data visibility

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skillset
• Advanced Excel skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools a plus)
• Experience working cross-functionally with non-finance stakeholders
• Background in accounting or public accounting is a plus
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
