Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven track record of successfully placing engineering talent
• Experience developing and executing strategic talent acquisition plans with executives and key stakeholders in engineering and manufacturing
• Familiarity with roles in battery manufacturing and energy storage systems
• Hands-on experience managing the entire candidate lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to onboarding

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Human Resources or HR-related functions
