🔹 Key Responsibilities:

🎯 Target Achievement

  • Drive sales, market share, product mix, and profitability in line with budgeted goals.
  • Improve low-performing territories with focused strategies.
  • Ensure business hygiene: minimize expiries/returns, manage collections, and ensure stock liquidation.

👥 Team Leadership & Development

  • Train, mentor, and lead field teams to success.
  • Ensure 100% field force deployment and alignment with marketing.
  • Support internal talent growth and performance management.

✅ Execution Excellence

  • Meet KPIs: doctor calls, MCR, KOL coverage, YPM, etc.
  • Implement marketing strategies effectively.
  • Monitor competitors and provide insights for tactical adjustments.

🤝 KOL & Customer Management

  • Strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders.
  • Drive ROI through effective KOL engagement and field presence.

🚀 Product Growth & Development

  • Grow second-line brands and drive successful new product launches.
