We are looking for a Senior Google PPC Ads Expert with 8+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing agency environment, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously and handling large advertising budgets in USD. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, performance-driven, and experienced in scaling profitable paid search campaigns across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing)
- Manage 8–9 client accounts concurrently while maintaining high performance and ROI
- Handle and optimize large monthly ad spends in USD
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Continuously improve Quality Scores, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign efficiency
- Implement and optimize conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, and attribution models
- Create data-driven strategies for scaling campaigns without compromising efficiency
- Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to internal teams or clients
- Collaborate with SEO, CRO, and creative teams for full-funnel performance
- Stay updated with Google Ads policy changes, platform updates, and industry best practices
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 8+ years of proven experience managing Google PPC Ads in a digital marketing agency
- Demonstrated experience managing 8–9 active client accounts simultaneously
- Strong experience handling large ad budgets (USD-based spend)
- Advanced expertise in Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager
- Strong understanding of bidding strategies, automation, and smart campaigns
- Experience with A/B testing ad copies, landing pages, and audiences
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
