Job Description:

Position Overview: As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our eLearning content and marketing materials. You will work on a variety of projects, including designing eLearning modules, marketing collateral, and other visual assets. This position is ideal for a Graphic Designer with 2.5 years of experience who is eager to expand their skills and gain experience in the eLearning sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design: Create visually engaging and informative graphics, illustrations, and multimedia elements for eLearning modules and marketing materials.

eLearning Exposure: Collaborate with the eLearning team to understand and contribute to the development of eLearning content.

Quick Learning: Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new design tools and techniques, staying updated with industry trends.

Collaboration: Work closely with instructional designers, content creators, and marketing professionals to ensure design elements align with project requirements.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all graphics and visual elements maintain brand consistency and adhere to XLNC Academy's branding guidelines.

Quality Control: Review and proofread designs to ensure accuracy, visual appeal, and alignment with learning objectives.

Meeting Deadlines: Manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver high-quality design work on time within project deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

2.5 years of professional experience in graphic design.

Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Video Editing.

Strong foundation in design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.

Desire to gain exposure in the eLearning industry.

Quick learner with a passion for expanding design skills and knowledge.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.

Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

Knowledge of animation and video editing software is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
