Sr. Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer who possesses strong skills in both static design and motion graphics. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of focused experience in video editing and Adobe After Effects, enabling them to bridge the gap between traditional branding and dynamic digital storytelling. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact visual campaigns across all our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Branding (60%)

• Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, presentations, website elements, and print collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Lead the design for key projects, taking concepts from initial sketch to final, polished execution.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to visualize complex ideas into clear, engaging infographics and illustrations.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity and brand style guide.

Motion Graphics & Video Editing (40%)

• Design and animate motion graphics using Adobe After Effects for explainer videos, social media content, product demos, and animated logos.
• Edit and assemble video footage (including trimming, sequencing, color correction, and audio mixing) to create compelling final products.
• Develop storyboards and mockups for video projects to ensure clear communication and efficient production.
• Manage and organize video project files and assets efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or a fast-paced in-house creative department.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on, dedicated experience in professional video editing and motion graphics, specifically utilizing Adobe After Effects.
• Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a clear mastery of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, and composition) across both static and animated work.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting design concepts and incorporating feedback effectively.

Bonus Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
• Knowledge of current video trends and best practices for platforms like Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
