Purpose of Role

Responsible for executing conceptually sound, visually compelling work that aligns with brand and campaign strategies. Produces high-quality, complex creative assets across digital and print channels. Acts as a key contributor to the production team, leading the creation of larger and more advanced projects while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Designs multi-channel creative assets across digital and traditional mediums for use in print, mail, social, email, web, and streaming channels while also supporting presentation design, event and experiential design, and motion graphics.
  • Interprets creative briefs and strategic direction with limited supervision.
  • Ensures design output meets brand standards, technical specifications, and business objectives.
  • Contributes to the refinement of design systems and templates.
  • Collaborates with copywriters, project managers, and marketing stakeholders to bring concepts to life.
  • Supports the Graphic Design Manager in mentoring junior designers and reviewing work.
  • Applies best practices in layout, accessibility, and user experience across formats.
  • Utilizes generative AI tools and design automation systems where applicable.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Reports To

  • Manager, Graphic Design

Qualifications - Experience/Skills/Competencies

  • Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with strong portfolio of cross-channel work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud; familiarity with Figma, Canva, and generative AI-based tools.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and digital design standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
  • Excellent visual storytelling and attention to detail.
  • Experience with both traditional and digital asset production.
  • Proficiency in HTML and/or motion graphics.

  • Graphic Design, visual arts or related field.

  • Adobe Certified Professional

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is ($78,500 - $130,700) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer. We offer a competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time-off benefits, flexible spending account, 401(k) with employer match, and ESPP.
