About You:

As a Senior Motion Graphics Designer, you’ll blend the art of graphic design with the magic of animation to deliver eye-catching visuals that inspire and engage. You’ll work on high-impact projects such as web pages, presentations, television adverts, promotional content, and more. This role requires a creative visionary with technical precision, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers exceptional results on schedule.

Your Daily Adventures:

Creative Design & AnimationDesign and create high-quality 2D animations, motion graphics, and visually striking content for digital campaigns, and presentations.

Develop interactive and compelling assets, combining graphic design with animation for menus, promotional materials, and hypertext links.

Technical Precision & StandardsLeverage industry-standard multimedia tools to craft and refine images, textures, colors, and animations while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines for consistency across platforms.

Develop initial concepts and rough drafts for feedback, perfecting them into polished, final designs that meet project goals.

Stay up to date with Generative AI tools such as MidJourney, Runway, and other emerging technologies, integrating them into the creative process to enhance efficiency and innovation.

Collaboration & InnovationCollaborate with marketing, production, and creative teams to deliver impactful, visually aligned projects while staying updated on the latest design and animation trends to drive creativity and efficiency.

Propose innovative, budget-conscious solutions that meet client goals and exceed expectations within set deadlines.

Skills & Experience:

Experience: Minimum 5 years in graphic design and animation with a strong portfolio of motion graphics and multimedia projects.

Software Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), After Effects Plugins and Figma. Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.

Creative Vision: Exceptional creative flair, visualization skills, and attention to detail.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Communication: Clear and effective communicator, capable of presenting ideas internally and to clients.
