As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in crafting compelling content, engage with our community, and amplify our brand voice across various digital platforms. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Branding & Visual Identity
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines for consistent visual identity.
- Create logos, icons, and brand-specific graphic elements.
- Digital Content Creation
- Design social media creatives, story templates, carousel posts, highlight covers, reels thumbnails, GIFs, and motion graphics.
- Create paid ad creatives (static, video, carousel ads) optimized for different platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads).
- Design emailers, newsletters, and digital banners.
- Work on website graphics, sliders, landing pages, and UI design support.
- Print & Offline Collaterals
- Design brochures, flyers, posters, standees, and banners.
- Create packaging designs, product labels, stickers, and inserts.
- Create Event-related creatives like invites, presentations, and backdrops.
- Product & Campaign Visuals
- Work on product photoshoots (editing, retouching).
- Create mockups, catalog designs, and lookbooks.
- Adapt creatives for seasonal campaigns, festive promotions, and limited-time offers.
- Multimedia & Motion
- Edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads).
- Create animations, transitions, and text-based motion graphics.
- Support video production with creative inputs.
- Creative Collaboration & Research
- Brainstorm ideas with marketing and content teams.
- Research industry trends, competitor designs, and global inspirations.
- Deliver innovative, modern, and aesthetic design solutions.
- File & Asset Management
- Maintain organized design files, templates, and reusable assets.
- Ensure correct formats and resolutions for web, print, and mobile use.
Social Media Management
- Plan, design, and execute monthly content calendars.
- Upload and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc..).
- Write captions in coordination with the marketing/content team.
- Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares, saves) and respond to community interactions.
- Research trending hashtags, audio, and formats to boost reach.
- Track and report analytics, suggesting creative improvements.
- Coordinate collaborations, contests, and campaigns.
