Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative outputs across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, an excellent portfolio, and the ability to conceptualize and execute impactful visual communication for campaigns, events, and branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality visual content for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and advertisements.
• Create marketing materials including brochures, posters, banners, presentations, newsletters, and event creatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing, communication, and content teams to understand project requirements.
• Lead and guide junior designers or interns when required.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and layouts using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Innovate and experiment with design styles, staying updated with current design trends.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors for production quality.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field (preferred).
• 2–3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, branding, and layout principles.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, creative thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of video editing/motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is an added advantage.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
