Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will lead visual design initiatives and ensure high-quality creative output across digital and print platforms. This role will focus primarily (70%) on graphic design, with an additional focus (30%) on UI/UX for digital platforms or may be structured as 100% graphic design depending on the candidate’s core strengths.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead creative design projects from concept to final execution, ensuring brand consistency.

· Create compelling visual content for digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, brochures, and advertisements.

· Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and web teams to meet campaign and branding goals.

· Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.

· Contribute UI/UX design input for websites and landing pages (if applicable).

· Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Take ownership of the visual identity and uphold high design standards across all platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in graphic design.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Adobe XD or Figma is a plus for UI/UX).

· Strong portfolio showcasing creative, professional design work.

· Ability to interpret marketing needs and translate them into compelling designs.

· Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.

· Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and tools (Figma, Adobe XD).

· Experience working in a digital marketing environment or agency.
