What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and execute high-impact visual design across digital and print platforms
• Translate brand strategy into scalable, consistent visual systems
• Lead design direction for websites, brand collaterals, social media, and packaging
• Collaborate closely with strategists, developers, and other designers
• Guide junior designers with feedback that actually improves the work
• Push creative boundaries while staying aligned with business objectives
• Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and cultural shifts, then apply them intelligently
• Represent the studio confidently in client presentations and review sessions

What We Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in branding, marketing, and digital design
• A strong, opinionated portfolio showcasing branding systems, packaging, and multi-platform campaigns
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)
• Deep understanding of typography, color systems, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Solid grip on print and digital production standards
• Working knowledge of motion graphics and illustration
• Clear communication skills and strong conceptual thinking
• Proven experience presenting work to clients and defending design decisions
• Familiarity with web design tools; basic coding knowledge is a bonus.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
