Position/Job Title: Sr. Graphic Designer

Position Summary:

Responsible for creating and elevating visual identity for assigned Brown Jordan Inc. brands while leading design efforts for print and digital marketing collateral.

Major Duties:

· Responsible for designing visual collateral for assigned corporate brands from concept through delivery in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining day-to-day operational design-related tasks.

· Create and present design concepts to sales and marketing teams including catalogs, print ads, website content, training materials, banners, signage, posters, and sales tools.

· Design and format digital media elements including email communications and social media graphics.

· Responsible for collaborating with brand management and marketing teams to execute coordinated initiatives.

· Responsible for managing a subset of Creative Services including a Graphic Designer and creative workflow processes.

· Manage internal project tracking systems and procedures.

· Source printing and other vendors; obtain quotes, manage relationships and projects.

Qualifications/Requirements:

· College degree in related field and a minimum of 4 – 6 years’ design experience.

· Proficient in Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat.

· Working knowledge in color and photo correction, as well as typography and layout for print and digital media.

· Strong understanding of production, proofing and printing processes.

· Fundamental knowledge of Premiere and After Effects a plus.

· Working experience in Asana a plus

· Experience developing visual content via AI Tools: ChatGPT, Kling. Midjourney, DALL-E 3, Adobe Firefly a plus.

· Effective in working under deadlines, prioritizing issues and managing concurrent assignments.

· Portfolio must demonstrate strong design skills in both print and digital marketing initiatives.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to interface effectively at all levels both internally and externally.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).

Environmental/Physical Demands:

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.

· Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach as needed to perform office tasks.

· May occasionally lift or move items up to 20 lbs (e.g., office supplies, files, or small equipment).

· Visual acuity to read and produce documents in both digital and printed formats.

· Ability to communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and via electronic means.

Beneficial Attributes

· Interest and experience with furniture and/or eCommerce

· Experience (or interest in learning) 3D rendering software

· Experience (or interest) in interior design, production design, and/or visual mechanidising

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
