Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive with 5+ years of relevant experience to manage daily HR operations and administrative functions.

The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HR policies, employee engagement, recruitment, office administration, and general operational support.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, joining formalities).

Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.Support payroll processing by preparing attendance summaries and leave reports.

Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

Draft and manage HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and exit documents.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Handle employee engagement, grievance redressal, and feedback collection.

Administration:

Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management teams.

Handle procurement of office supplies, inventory tracking, and maintenance.

Monitor housekeeping, security, and overall office hygiene.Assist in organizing internal meetings, events, and training sessions.

Maintain office asset records and ensure timely AMC/renewals for equipment.

Compliance & Coordination:

Support statutory compliance processes (ESIC, PF, Shops & Establishment, etc.).

Liaise with consultants/auditors as needed for HR or admin-related tasks.

Coordinate between departments for administrative or HR support functions.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Good verbal and written communication.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience using HRMS tools is an added advantage.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably HR/Management).

MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
