Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle employee relations issues and provide HR support to employees and management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct employee training and development programs
- Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration
- Manage HR documentation, reports, and data analytics
- Lead employee engagement and wellness initiatives
- Assist in workforce planning and talent management strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate or mid-size company
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
