Sr. HR Executive

Kuala, India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide HR support to employees and management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct employee training and development programs
  • Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration
  • Manage HR documentation, reports, and data analytics
  • Lead employee engagement and wellness initiatives
  • Assist in workforce planning and talent management strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate or mid-size company
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • HR: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Payroll: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Total Work: 5 years (Preferred)
