Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
- Support performance appraisal cycles and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct Employee training and Development programme
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and organizational development programs.
- Ensure legal compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Generate Monthly performance reports of employees and HR reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate or mid-size company
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
