Sr. HR Executive

Kuala, India

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
  • Support performance appraisal cycles and ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct Employee training and Development programme
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and organizational development programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Generate Monthly performance reports of employees and HR reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate or mid-size company
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • HR: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Payroll: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Total Work: 3 years (Preferred)
