Sr. HR Executive

Urgent Opening – HR Position
Experience :- 2 to 3 year
Salary:- 35K to 45K

We have an urgent opening for a Senior HR role at our company (Masjid Bunder, Mumbai).

Responsibilities:-

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Work with department heads to understand manpower requirements and plan hiring accordingly.
• Maintain a talent pool database and build strong candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate with consultants, portals, and social media platforms for hiring.

HR Operations

• Manage HR documentation — appointment letters, confirmations, transfers, resignations, and full & final settlements.
• Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and compliance.
• Handle employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Monitor employee performance and support the appraisal process.

HRMS & Data Management

• Manage HRMS software for employee records, attendance, and reports.
• Ensure accuracy in HR data and timely updates in the system.
• Generate HR analytics reports for management review.

Employee Engagement & Communication

• Organize team activities, employee welfare initiatives, and engagement events.
• Maintain healthy employee relations and resolve workplace grievances.
• Communicate HR policies and updates effectively to all employees.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in HR (recruitment + operations).
• Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance preferred.
