Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate with payroll for salary processing.
  • Assist in employee engagement, training, and performance appraisal activities.
  • Ensure statutory compliance — PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.
  • Draft HR letters — offer, appointment, experience, and relieving letters.
  • Support HR policies implementation and company culture initiatives.
  • Handle employee grievances and maintain discipline in the workplace.

Required Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS, and statutory norms.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and professional confidentiality.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate or MBA in HR / Personnel Management.
  • 5–8 years of experience in HR generalist functions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
