About the Role
We are a fast-growing international consumer electronics company, selling through online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) and offline distributors. The ideal candidate should have comprehensive HR module experience, especially in recruitment for e-commerce industry and employee relations management. This role requires strong ownership, execution capability, and the maturity to collaborate closely with teams .
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for e-commerce roles.
- Work closely with departments to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment plans.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals).
- Conduct interviews and assist in selection.
2. Training & Development:
- Assist in creating and implementing employee training programs.
- Coordinate onboarding and periodic skill development training.
- Track training progress and report results to management.
3. Compensation & Benefits:
- Support compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness.
- Handle payroll, bonuses, and benefits administration.
- Assist in salary surveys and compensation analysis.
4. Performance Management:
- Assist in performance evaluation processes and goal setting.
- Support managers in tracking and assessing employee performance.
- Help employees improve performance and meet organizational goals.
5. Employee Relations:
- Foster positive employee relations and handle queries and concerns.
- Provide guidance on company policies and labor laws.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and engagement initiatives.
6. Employee Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee exit processes.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as reporting and document management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in fast-growing or multinational organisations.
- Experience in handling Employment Visa or Business Visa procedures for foreign employees is preferred.
- Ability to coordinate across departments and with overseas teams.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
