Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, meticulous, and results-driven HR Payroll Executive / Senior Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing bi-monthly U.S. payroll processes and coordinating closely with both our Pakistan-based U.S. HR team and U.S. counterparts. You will be expected to resolve employee concerns, support post-payroll activities, and ensure a seamless payroll experience. Candidates with hands-on expertise in payroll functions, HR operations, and employee services—particularly in a U.S.-centric environment—will be given preference.

Success in this position requires strong knowledge of U.S. taxation and labor guidelines, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. A proactive attitude, analytical thinking, and leadership potential are key attributes for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process commissions, bonuses, and incentives under various compensation structures.
  • Contribute to designing new compensation plans and assessing their financial implications.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll calculations, entitlements, and corrections.
  • Create financial models and reports to support commission and incentive programs.
  • Align compensation plans with business operations and sales performance objectives.
  • Assist with daily payroll activities and participate in special assignments as required.
  • Partner with HR Operations to maintain accurate employee information, timely updates, and policy compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Practical experience in payroll management, HR operations, or similar HR functions—preferably supporting U.S.-based teams.
  • Strong command of HR systems and MS Office, especially advanced Excel tools.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. payroll regulations, taxation policies, and labor laws.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to effectively organize tasks, collaborate with team members, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Skilled at multitasking and performing under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to work independently.
  • Positive, professional demeanor with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.

Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
