Job Description:-

  • Recruitment & onboarding of medical and non-medical staff
  • Handling attendance, payroll coordination & leave management
  • Maintaining employee records & HR documentation
  • Ensuring statutory compliance (ESI, PF, Labour laws)
  • Supporting hospital administration & department heads
  • Handling staff grievances & performance coordination
  • Assisting in HR policies, SOPs & audits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
