Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong exposure to the construction/real estate industry. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee relations, and site HR activities. Experience in managing a project/site-based workforce is mandatory.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for site and corporate roles

• Coordinate with project/site managers for manpower planning

• Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR MIS

• Coordinate payroll inputs with finance/accounts team

• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits

Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Contract Labour Act

• Manage contractor compliance and labour documentation

• Coordinate with consultants for audits and inspections

Employee Relations

• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters

• Support performance management and appraisals

• Promote healthy work culture across sites and HO

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of HR Generalist functions

• Experience in Construction / Real Estate industry preferred

• Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS

• Ability to manage multiple sites/projects

Qualifications

• Graduation in HR / Management / Any discipline

• MBA / PGDM in HR is preferred

CTC: As per industry standards / Based on interview

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
