Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to lead HR operations, office administration, and student job placement activities.
This role requires strong HR management, operational coordination, and employer relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with management, trainers, and employers to ensure smooth company operations and successful student placements.
Key Responsibilities
1️ HR Operations
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, confirmations, and employee exits
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle attendance and leave management
- Support performance reviews and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist management in implementing HR policies and procedures
2️ Company Operations & Administration
- Oversee daily office and departmental coordination
- Ensure smooth workflow between admissions, training, finance, and management
- Improve operational processes and internal systems
- Monitor reports and support management projects
3️ Career Services & Job Placement
- Build and maintain relationships with employers and companies
- Coordinate student job placements and hiring activities
- Maintain placement records and track employment outcomes
- Organize CV writing support, interviews, and employer sessions
- Align training programs with job market requirements
4️ Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare HR, operations, and placement reports
- Track KPIs and performance metrics
- Act as liaison between management, staff, trainers, and external partners
5️ Continuous Improvement
- Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements
- Support implementation of systems such as CRM or internal tools
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant HR and operational experience
- Preference for candidates from university, training institute, or education sector
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in relevant field)
- Strong HR and operational management skills
- Good communication skills (English & Urdu)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel)
