Sr.Executive HR(Sr. HR Generalist)
Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and reports.
2. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR databases (HRMS).
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
3. Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and concerns.
- Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution.
4. Performance Management
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles.
- Assist managers in goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes.
- Track performance data and documentation.
5. Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, gratuity, labor welfare).
- Handle audits and statutory filings.
- Maintain compliance documentation.
6. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.
7. HR Policy Implementation
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Support HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
- 4–7 years of relevant HR experience
- Experience in corporate / manufacturing service industries (as applicable)
