Sr. HR Executive / HR Team Lead

Position: Sr. HR Executive / HR Team Lead
Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT/Retail roles.
• Manage a team of 2–3 recruiters and guide them on sourcing strategies, screening, and closures.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver within timelines.
• Ensure smooth interview coordination, candidate experience, and offer management.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure hiring targets are met.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Retail/Non-IT.
• Prior experience in managing a small team of recruiters.
• Strong sourcing skills (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
