Domain: Recruitment & Employee Engagement

  • Timings: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM

Requirements:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding for hospital positions, including doctors, nurses, allied health, and Administrative/Support staff.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Creation of staff personal file, registration of new employees in payroll (both in Flow HCM and Manual), and opening of bank accounts.
  • Completion of staff orientation and conducting timely exit interviews of the employees.
  • Prepare and issue official HR letters, including appointment, confirmation, warning, show-cause, disciplinary action, contract renewal, and end-of-contract letters.
  • Coordinating with concerned HOD(s)/ supervisor regarding the staff performance till the completion of the new staff probationary period.
  • Preparation, updating, and modification of Job Description of Staff as per staff budget by assisting the AM-HR and Concerned HOD(s).
  • Plan, design, and execute employee engagement initiatives, activities, and events
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback to recommend action plans
  • Collaborate with department heads to improve morale, motivation, and retention
  • Act as a bridge between employees and management to address concerns proactively
  • Any other assignment, if necessary, provided by your AM/HOD.

Qualification and Key Skills:

  • Must have BBA/MPA /MBA in Human Resources.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
