Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Executive with strong expertise in statutory compliances and payroll management in Pharma/Medical/Health Care Industry. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate payroll processing, adherence to labor laws, and smooth HR operations while supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Statutory Compliances

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
• Liaise with government authorities and auditors for inspections and queries.

Payroll Management
End-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Maintain employee records related to salary, deductions, and benefits.
• Handle full & final settlements, bonus, gratuity, and leave encashments.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Commerce, or related field.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in payroll and statutory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and HR systems.
