Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to finalize candidates.
- Manage job offers and documentation for new hires.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database.
- Employee Onboarding:
- Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing orientation materials, conducting inductions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Ensure that all new employees complete necessary documentation and compliance forms.
- Maintain records of new hires and update employee files.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees to address queries or concerns.
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts and escalating issues when necessary.
- Help promote a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in managing the performance appraisal system by sending reminders, tracking progress, and compiling feedback from managers.
- Ensure that performance reviews are completed on time and provide administrative support for performance management processes.
- Training and Development:
- Help identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and other employee development activities.
- Maintain training records and assess the effectiveness of training sessions.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Assist in payroll processing by gathering and verifying attendance, overtime, and other payroll-related data.
- Maintain records of employee benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and other perks.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee reimbursements.
- Compliance and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain employee records, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and stored securely.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures.
- Assist in audits related to HR processes and help prepare reports for management.
- HR Policies and Documentation:
- Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all employees are informed about company policies and procedures.
- Assist in managing employee handbooks, ensuring they are current and distributed.
- Employee Engagement and Welfare:
- Assist in organizing employee welfare programs and engagement activities.
- Help organize events, recognition programs, and celebrations to boost morale and engagement.
- Participate in employee surveys and analyze results for continuous improvement.
