Responsibilities:

  • Time Office
  • Appraisal
  • HRMS/Payroll /compliances
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Act as the point of contact regarding Sales Team issues
  • Manage employees’ grievances
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department
  • maintaining accurate records.
  • attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Support performance management cycles, appraisals, and feedback systems.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Arrange logistics, travel bookings, and stay for employees, guests, and field staff.
  • Organize company events, meetings, visitor management, and employee welfare activities.

Experience: 4-5years of experience in HR department.

Qualification: Diploma /MPM/MBA in HR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:
