Job Summary
The Sr. HR Generalist is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth recruitment, payroll processing, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, and administrative support. This role also supports employee engagement, training, policy implementation, and HR reporting to maintain an effective and compliant work environment.
