Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
A Sr HR Integration Analyst:
-
Supports all human capital related aspects of assigned transactions including due diligence, integration planning, separation planning, and process management.

Conducts comparative analysis to ensure the smooth integration of mergers and acquisitions into the organization, by evaluating HR programs for synergies and dis-synergies, analyzing costs, and partnering with HR Integration Manager to flag risks and propose innovative solutions.
- Supports HR Diligence & Integration team with more sophisticated business case reporting, annual program reviews, and leadership report outs.

Interacts with leaders both internally within SCA and with external target contacts to support the overall integration experience.

Collaborates with all HR Centers of Service and interacts with center teammates to support a flawless integration which maximizes the overall business investment. May collaborate cross functionally with other business area resources (e.g. corporate development, finance, information technology, etc.) to ensure integration success.

Participates in special projects as assigned, which may include process improvement initiatives, development of new programs, and completion of ad hoc analyses outlining specific observations and recommendations.

Provides a white glove approach for all integrations by assisting with the new hire on-boarding processes, answering prospective new teammate questions about SCA policies, procedures, benefits and employment, and drives the development and distribution of FAQ’s.

Liaises with the onboarding vendor to ensure successful onboarding of employees onto SCA’s systems and programs and address issues as needed with pre-employment background checks and drug screens.
- Supports coordination with Integration and Operations leaders to deliver a presentation to new employees on SCA benefits and how to access programs and services.

Able to maintain confidentiality for transactions as well as, the use of sensitive company and teammate information

Supports integration project plan development in collaboration with HR Integration Manager and finalizes dates for payroll and benefits transition based on target close date.

Provides daily administrative support including copying, scanning, preparing forms, arranging meetings, processing confidential reports and documents, and filing electronic and hard copy files

Requirements

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

2-3 years of relevant work experience

1-3 years Human Resources experience, preferred

Fluent in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Power Point, Word etc)

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Accuracy, attention to detail and good organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
