HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager – Hyderabad

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment, HR operations, and people engagement for our fast-growing organization in Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in tech hiring, HR operations, policy implementation, and strategic HR initiatives — with the ability to align business goals with people strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (Developers, QA, Product, Sales, HR, etc.)
- Partner with department heads to define hiring needs and job requirements.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex, and Indeed.
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline and reduce time-to-hire.
- Build employer branding initiatives to attract top industry talent.
HR Operations & Policy Implementation
- Oversee onboarding, documentation, and HRMS management.
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
- Implement and update HR policies ensuring statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments).
- Conduct exit interviews and manage full & final settlements.
Employee Engagement & Development
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
- Support managers in performance management, goal-setting, and appraisals.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions, grievance handling, and retention programs.
- Foster a transparent and motivating workplace culture.
Strategic HR Initiatives
- Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning and succession planning.
- Leverage HR analytics to identify areas of improvement.
- Lead initiatives for Diversity & Inclusion and culture enhancement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related specialization.
- 5–6 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition / HR Management, preferably in IT / SaaS / Product firms.
- Strong understanding of technical hiring, HR operations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HRMS tools, ATS, and Excel-based reporting.
