Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to HR and administrative teams.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on people-related matters.
2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from manpower planning to final selection.
- Build talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Create a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Design and implement employee engagement, motivation, and retention programs.
4. Performance Management
- Drive annual performance review processes and goal-setting frameworks (KPI/KRA systems).
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate skill enhancement programs.
5. Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll management, attendance, and leave policies.
- Benchmark compensation structures to ensure market competitiveness.
6. Policy & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
- Maintain up-to-date HR policies, employee handbooks, and documentation.
7. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Develop HR dashboards, metrics, and reports for management.
- Use data-driven insights to improve employee performance and engagement.
