We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee daily HR operations, implement HR policies, and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration, and can work independently with a strategic mindset.
- Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
- Conduct screening, interviews, and selection processes.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and coordinate onboarding.
- 2. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Prepare HR reports for management.
- 3. Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Conduct counseling sessions, conflict resolution, and performance discussions.
- Build a positive work culture and employee engagement activities.
- 4. Performance Management
- Assist in setting KPIs, evaluating employee performance, and managing appraisals.
- Support managers with performance improvement plans (PIPs).
- 5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and arrange learning programs.
- Coordinate internal/external training sessions.
- 6. HR Policy Implementation
- Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
- Ensure all employees adhere to company guidelines.
- 7. Payroll & Benefits Coordination
- Coordinate with finance for monthly payroll inputs.
- Manage attendance, leave, and statutory benefits.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven HR experience (generalist profile preferred).
- Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
